Every gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered. For same day delivery, orders must be received before 1:30 p.m. (Monday thru Friday). While we always strive for same day service, orders received after 1:30 p.m. will be delivered on the following day. Unfortunately, time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Should you have a specific delivery time in mind for your arrangement, simply let the designer know while you are ordering your arrangement. We will do our best to accommodate your request. A delivery fee will be added to each gift bouquet you send, for each address.
While unlikely, floral substitutions are sometimes necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. Should a substitution be required with the gift you are sending, we will always maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement using fresh flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to a sudden increase in demand. In single flower arrangements ; such as orchids or a rose bouquet; we will make every attempt to match the flower-type, but may make substitutions of colors.
